
Toni Feist, FNP, is a lifelong Oregonian. She was born and raised in a small farming community in eastern Oregon. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from OHSU-La Grande campus in 1989 and worked for two years in oncology at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. She returned to OHSU in 1991 and completed her Master of Nursing degree and Family Nurse Practitioner certification. She has spent the majority of her 32 years of practice providing primary care in rural family practice with additional experience in post-acute hospital settings and in home palliative care.
Toni is a compassionate practitioner who is dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality care for patients across the lifespan. She believes that every patient deserves to be seen, valued, and respected, and considers it a true privilege to be part of their health care journey. By practicing mutual goal setting, she works collaboratively with patients to address health concerns and illness prevention to enhance their quality of life through a balanced, patient-centered approach.
Outside of work, Toni enjoys family time with her husband, 3 adult children and her two dogs. She is an avid sports fan, enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading and gardening.
