Scott MacFarlane, DO, is a family medicine physician at Oak Street and Pearl Street Medical. He provides primary care for patients of all ages and his clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, weight management, and neurological conditions.

Dr. MacFarlane earned his medical degree from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Good Samaritan Family Medicine Residency Program. He also completed a year of neurology residency training before transitioning to family medicine.

He believes in treating patients with the same care and respect he would offer family. He enjoys partnering with patients to support their individual health goals through education, prevention, and evidence-based care.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, exploring Oregon’s parks, lakes, and rivers, swimming, traveling, and playing chess.
